From our birth we have been developing, on a daily basis, and with constant effort on our part new projects with diverse employment possibilities for different professionals.

In each project we look for individuals who wish to integrate with a team in which dynamism, initiative and integrity are the competencies that define the way in which we work.

If you are interested in forming part of our group, we invite you to send us your curriculum and we will include you in those selection processes in which we consider that you are going to achieve an adequate professional development. We like challenges: fulfilling our part of social responsibility and through the technology of “employment with support”, in Fomento de Iniciativas we have carried out a project 'Son Capaces' of integration of intellectually challenged workers into the workforces of our companies, whose results we have reflected in a web dedicated to this.
