This is the last of the activities incorporated into the group of Fomento de Iniciativas and in it we have created companies for the management of building lots, both urban and industrial, the promotion of new building projects and the management of commercial centres.
ABECONSA begins its activity in 1998 in the field of Public and Maritime Works, mainly in the area of Galicia. In the present day, it bids for works in all the territory of Spain, in many cases forming a temporary works partnership with other important Spanish building companies and incorporates the building of new housing, with a yearly performance of approximately 100 houses / year
